Classes are based on elements of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Vinyasa. Strength and flexibility poses, along with dynamic and static exercises, are alternated in such a way that one provides a break from the other. Alongside physical training, we employ various breathing techniques and synchronized movement breathing, which aid in maintaining a conscious state.
During practice, we focus on long pauses in each pose, movement within these poses, both active and passive stretching, as well as breathing and concentration.
Each yoga class begins with a 15-minute warm-up, followed by the main series. Each exercise targets a different part of the body: lower body (hip mobility), upper body (spinal detox), or dynamic movements (power yoga). Throughout the class, we use a variety of movements and postures that flow into each other continuously and freely, covering almost all joints and muscles.
Participants will learn to adapt the process individually, ensuring they feel strong and comfortable during practice.
The class concludes with lying poses, smoothly transitioning to breathing exercises and relaxation.
Classes are held Monday to Friday at 08:30, 13:00, and 20:00 at the Vake branch. We focus on relaxation and peace."
