I became interested in fitness 10 years ago. At first, it started as a personal interest and for fun. Over the years, I have accumulated both practical and theoretical knowledge about workout styles, directions, healthy eating, and general nutrition, which is essential in this field.
I completed fitness instructor courses and started working at the fitness club "Octopus."
This was the place where I had the opportunity to professionally apply the knowledge I had gathered over the years.
I completed courses in Personal Training, Indoor Cycling, and Functional Training at Life Fitness Academy.
