I was involved in various sports since childhood, but eventually, I became professionally interested in rugby. Together with Moscow's CSKA, I am the Moscow 7-a-side rugby champion and a runner-up in 15-a-side rugby.
I hold a WORLD RUGBY L1 physical training certificate. I also graduated from the coaching faculty of the Sports University.
My theoretical and practical experience in sports allowed me to try my hand at boxing as well. A few years ago, I became interested in it, and today I coach professionally, both in group and individual training sessions.
In 2023, I successfully completed a fitness instructor course.
12ROUNDS has given me the opportunity to share my enthusiasm, knowledge, and experience with each member of the club.
